Kefa II 3:16 As also in all his iggrot speaking in them concerning these things, in which are some things lomdish (intricate and complicated to understand), which those unstable and without da’as, twist, as also the other Kitvei Hakodesh, to their own churban (destuction).
Gentile understanding (unlike their Faith) is riddled with dangers, erroneous uses and misrepresentations of God and Paul’s gospel, which have made a psychological mess of the Mind and Body of Christ. Righteous Jews work to this very day to heal and reconcile Gentiles unto the House of Israel and Its’ God. May the Faith save and convince all of the better Way of approaching One another and HaShem as God in Us.
Notwithstanding, the best way to do anything is to do it yourself, there is only One Way.
Kehillah in Corinth II I
From Sha’ul, a Shliach of Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach Yehoshua birtzon Hashem (by the will of G-d), and Timotiyos, the Ach b’Moshiach; To the Kehillah (Congregation) of Hashem existing in Corinth, with all the Kadoshim throughout Achaia. Chen v’Chesed Hashem to you and shalom from Elohim Avinu and Adoneinu Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach Yehoshua. Baruch hu Hashem Elohim Avi of Adoneinu Yehoshua, Avi HaRachamim vaElohei kol nechamah (comfort), The one giving us chizzuk (strengthening) with respect to all our tzoros so as to enable us to give chizzuk to the ones experiencing tzoros, and that through the nechamah (comfort) by which we ourselves are comforted by Hashem. This is so because as the Chevlei Moshiach (birth pangs of Moshiach) abound to us, so through Moshiach abounds also our nechamah. Now if we are experiencing tzoros, it is for your chizzuk (strengthening) and Yeshu’at Eloheinu; or if we are being given nechamah (comfort), it is for your nechamah that is producing in you the chozek (strength) of zitzfleisch (patience) for the endurance of the tzoros which we also suffer. And our tikvah (hope) for you is well-founded, for we have da’as that as you have deveykus (cleaving to) the Chevlei Moshiach, so also you will have deveykus to the nechamah. For we do not want you to lack da’as, Achim b’Moshiach, as to the tzoros and tribulation that came upon us in Asia that utterly beyond our strength we were burdened, causing us to come to a feeling of ye’ush (despair) even of being able to stay alive. But we ourselves have had the gezar din (verdict) of mishpat mavet (a death sentence) in ourselves so that we should not have emunah (faith) in ourselves but in Hashem, Mechayyei Mesim (Who Revivest the Dead). The same G-d out of so great a Mavet delivered us and will continue to deliver us. We have set tikvateinu (our hope) that he will yet deliver us, As you also labor together for us by techinnah (supplication), so that the “Modeh Ani” for us will be said by the many for the matanah (gift) granted us through the tefillos of the many. For our glorying is in this: the edut (testimony) of our matzpun (conscience) is that without remiyah (guile, fraud, deceit) and with lev tahor (“pure heart”) with the sincerity of Hashem and not in the “chochmah” of the basar but in the Chen v’Chesed of Hashem, we conducted ourselves in the Olam Hazeh, and more especially toward you. For we write nothing so shver (complex) to you that you cannot read and have binah (understanding), and I have tikvah that you will have da’as shlemah until HaKetz, As you have already had da’as of us in part, as also we are your kavod, even as also you are ours in the Yom Hashem of Adoneinu Yehoshua. And with this bitachon (confidence) I planned previously to come to you, that a second benefit you might have. It was my cheshbon (plan) to visit you by way of Macedonia and again from Macedonia to come to you, and by you to be sent on to Yehudah. This was my matarah (aim, goal); surely then I did not act with vacillation? Or when I make plans, do I have a cheshbon according to the basar, ready with “Ken, Ken!” and then, “Lo! Lo!” Al emunat Hashem (in the faithfulness of G-d), our dvar to you has not been “Ken” and “Lo.” For the Ben HaElohim, Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach Yehoshua, the One having been proclaimed among you by us, by Sila and Timotiyos and me, was not a “Ken and Lo” [Yes and No]; but in Him it has always been “Ken.” For in Moshiach every one of Hashem’s havtachot (promises) is a “Ken.” For this reason it is b’Shem Moshiach that we say the “Omein” to the kavod of Hashem. But it is Hashem who establishes us with you in Moshiach and has given us the mishchah (anointing), Having put his chotam [seal of ownership) on us and having given the eravon (pledge) of the Ruach Hakodesh in our levavot. (hearts). Now, I call upon Hashem as eidus (witness) against my nefesh, my neshamah (soul), that it was to spare you that I did not come again to Corinth. Not that we play the gontser macher to domineer over your emunah (faith), but we are fellow po’alim for your simcha, for by emunah you stand.
Numbers 23:20 Behold, I have received commandment to bless: and he hath blessed; and I cannot reverse it.
“There is no luck in Israel.” ~Jewish saying
Burdens were made to be shared.
Numbers 11:17 I will come down and speak with you there, and I will take some of the power of the Spirit that is on you and put it on them. They will share the burden of the people with you so that you will not have to carry it alone.
‘And many more things did king Mosiah write unto them, unfolding unto them all the trials and troubles of a righteous king, yea, all the travails of soul for their people, and also all the murmurings of the people to their king; and he explained it all unto them. And he told them that these things ought not to be; but that the burden should come upon all the people, that every man might bear his part.’ (Mosiah 29:33-34.)
Galatians 6:2 Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.
Sooner or later, One must come to realize that all worldly wisdom and knowledge is madness, and its’ end, vanity whose want is as an armed man (Proverbs 6:11). But Faith in God is always brilliant genius even with the ignorant and simple; and it’s result is always miraculous and wonderful and worth it in more ways than One, but only of saving help when made One, which no man may boast about. Where sin abounded Grace Triumphed through Faith, and signs follow them that believe unto Life Everlasting, tasted in this world and assured of in the One to come (Romans 5:20; Mormon 9:24-25).
The worst struggles prove worth the time and trouble, the effort worth the reward, the correction worth the chastisement, the lesson worth the learning, the strength gained worth the exercise and pain, and above all, the Love is worth the hearts’ intended investment.
Alma 32:28 But if ye neglect the tree, and take no thought for its nourishment, behold it will not get any root; and when the heat of the sun cometh and scorches it, because it hath no root it withers away, and ye pluck it up and cast it out.
The fact that anyone may agree to make idol gains off of any man’s suffering, unhappiness, pain, loss, misery or squalor in ignorance is unforgivable. To accept a reward in any amount for anything while others suffer or have not is the exchange of your soul for the ‘world’ (Mark 8:36), no matter how much you may stand to gain or lose on either hand; it is all loss and beggars are infinitely more rich for suffering the loss of all things than anyone may enjoy in an otherwise minded world and reality not worth the trouble, struggle investment or cost.
Matthew 19:22 But when the young man heard this, he went away sad, for he had many possessions.
Zechariah 11:12 I told them, “If you think it best, give me my pay; but if not, keep it.” So they paid me thirty pieces of silver.
Matthew 26:15 Judas asked, “What are you willing to give me if I deliver him over to you?” So they counted out for him thirty pieces of silver.
Luke 12:21 “This is how it will be with whoever stores up things for themselves but is not rich toward God.”
Acts 8:20 May your silver perish with you, because you thought you could obtain the Gift of God with money!
Helaman 13:17-20 And behold, a curse shall come upon the land, saith HaShem of Hosts, because of the people’s sake who are upon the land, yea, because of their wickedness and their abominations. And it shall come to pass, saith HaShem of Hosts, yea, our great and true God, that whoso shall hide up treasures in the earth shall find them again no more, because of the great curse of the land, save he be a righteous man and shall hide it up unto HaShem. For I will, saith HaShem, that they shall hide up their treasures unto Me; and cursed be they who hide not up their treasures unto Me; for none hideth up their treasures unto Me save it be the righteous; and he that hideth not up his treasures unto Me, cursed is he, and also the treasure, and none shall redeem it because of the curse of the land. And the day shall come that they shall hide up their treasures, because they have set their hearts upon riches; and because they have set their hearts upon their riches, and will hide up their treasures when they shall flee before their enemies; because they will not hide them up unto Me, cursed be they and also their treasures; and in that day shall they be smitten, saith HaShem.
2 Chronicles 25:9 Amaziah said to the man of God, “But what shall we do for the hundred talents of silver which I have given to the troops of Israel?” And the man of God answered, “The L-RD has much more to give you than this.”
Psalm 4:2 How long will you people turn my glory into shame? How long will you love delusions and seek false gods?
God’s Promise always proves true and worth the wait, and so faith is superior to all else. Without faith One cannot please God, and whatever is not of Faith is sin (Romans 14:23; Hebrews 11:6).
Hence, to obey is better than sacrifice (1 Samuel 15:22).
Disobedience and unbelief pay such a heavy toll, it makes the entire journey unprofitable and worthless, but not necessarily those who got lost or lost their Way.
In contrast, the Great Plan of Happiness is a fruitful tree bearing fruit all year round, whose leaf is always green and fears not drought of summer nor chill of winter. Its’ confidence is Life Itself, and whatever done by It prospers and never knows want or lack. It has passed through an open door no man may shut and from death unto life; for to It belongs escape from death, and Its arrival beats the hell out of Its departure…You will see me again and rejoice, this your brother was dead and is alive, it is right that we should make merry and offer the atoning sacrifice called for and provided for in the Law of Moses by HaShem (Psalm 68:20; Isaiah 22:22; Jeremiah 17:8; Matthew 18:11; Luke 15:32; 19:10; John 16:22; Acts 1:11; Revelation 3:8).
However, to be truly happy One must share all things and cannot be satisfied with Itself so long as there be any who are sad, oppressed or unwell (2 Corinthians 2:2, etc.).
Selfish people may never know what true happiness is but the righteous have an inexhaustive Source and store of good cheer, blessings and peaceful contentment to share with all and cannot be content until they do share with the poor and the needy. No matter how greedy and ill-advised others may be, God is gracious unto the unthankful and to the evil and we should be likewise (Luke 6:35), and at that, much more so because He Who is gracious, willing and able is with Us and will reward Us an hundredfold for Our faithful stewardship. For with God all things are possible (Mark 10:27). He will do it and all that is asked of Us is that We place ourselves under His subjection and guidance, which is never overbearance. We shall enjoy peace and prosperity in abundance of the sort no man may break in and steal, nor moth eat up or rust corrupt, canker or destroy.
Therefore, We are bound (as in bondage as debtors) to give thanks always for everyone and everything that God has placed in Our Path and provided for our spiritual welfare whose price and worth is above rubies (Proverbs 3:15; Proverbs 31:10), though it seem as dross to others – Its’ blessing lies within, the blessing within the burden.
We failed to rightly receive the blessing and considering the same a curse, mismanaged and mistreated One another in pride of our wisdom’s (so-called) making, which proved not but ignorance of the worst sort, made ill-use of an opportunity to our own shame lasting. So long as any thoughts unrighteous remain in We The People – wrong reactions, decisions, unjust penalties and rewards meted out which profit none (Haggai 1:6) and cannot be invested wisely in any, so that evil inclinations and intentions may not be overcome because the same are inherently necessary for survival in a corrupt/corrupting society of unjust weights and measures and bad fruits in an angry orchard.
Wrong, evil and dumb exist for a purpose, and if we don’t realize the purpose we smart for it, or ought to. The Tree of Faith is opposed by the tree of many unbelieving trees all rooted in the same opposition to the Tree of Life. People have been trained for generations in the Gentile worlds to be naughty by nature which is all the subtlety the devil needed to betray the first man and cultivate in the first woman a deceiving heart and convince her to be the worst beast of burden man would ever have to live with and take care of for a reward that never proves worth it and have no one but himself to blame for the unusual difficulty in bringing her fruit to harvest, which will never be worth it so long as men and women allow or permit the opposition to destroy the good in them, make barren their soil and create in them a false and deceptive heart that is its’ own worst enemy, and that of its’ ability to attain to its’ true dignity of character (Proverbs 12:14; Proverbs 13:2; Proverbs 18:20). Grace Personified, Glory Unified, Salvation Occupied as the Place, Purpose, Part and Parcel Predestined and Preferred by a People Wise and Wonderful, Delightful and Desirable, Graceful and Glorified as His Name in Us may abide, all else stand aside, wonder and perish.
Psalm 118:19,20 Open to me the gates of righteousness; I shall enter through them, I shall give thanks to the L-RD. This is the gate of the L-RD; The righteous will enter through it.
Doing our very best must become the very least we may do for One another on a daily basis. Doing so in defiance of the Opposition or Evil Inclination is what true strength is all about, and equal to life from the dead.
The Way is Easy, the Burden Light…but We must desire It above all else, and strive after it with a burning intensity yet cool decisiveness that breeds loving Unity that should come easy but doesn’t because We consider the burden a burden (Jeremiah 23:36). The real burden is pride, selfishness, baseless hatred and envy bitter, which for all its fiery fury never made a heart warm or glad, satisfied or mad with a living passion worth living for.
Ezekiel 16:6 Then I passed by and saw you kicking about in your blood, and as you lay there in your blood I said to you, “Live!”
Involve yourself in another’s salvation, well-being, and success and you will realize your own and so much more than you may ask or imagine unto the Glory of your Creator’s Name (Romans 12:10; Ephesians 3:20), in the Longest Run in which you are continually crossing the finish line and being crowned victor at every step of the Way center stayed on Straight Street.
Joshua 1:8 Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.
Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered: let them also that hate him flee before him. As smoke is driven away, so drive them away: as wax melteth before the fire, so let the wicked perish at the presence of God. But let the righteous be glad; let them rejoice before God: yea, let them exceedingly rejoice. Sing unto God, sing praises to his name: extol him that rideth upon the heavens by his name Havayah, and rejoice before him. A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation. God setteth the solitary in families: he bringeth out those which are bound with chains: but the rebellious dwell in a dry land. O God, when thou wentest forth before thy people, when thou didst march through the wilderness; Selah: The earth shook, the heavens also dropped at the presence of God: even Sinai itself was moved at the presence of God, the God of Israel. Thou, O God, didst send a plentiful rain, whereby thou didst confirm thine inheritance, when it was weary. Thy congregation hath dwelt therein: thou, O God, hast prepared of thy goodness for the poor. HaShem gave the word: great was the company of those that published it. Kings of armies did flee apace: and she that tarried at home divided the spoil. Though ye have lien among the pots, yet shall ye be as the wings of a dove covered with silver, and her feathers with yellow gold. When the Almighty scattered kings in it, it was white as snow in Zalmon. The hill of God is as the hill of Bashan; an high hill as the hill of Bashan. Why leap ye, ye high hills? this is the hill which God desireth to dwell in; yea, HaShem will dwell in it for ever. The chariots of God are twenty thousand, even thousands of angels: HaShem is among them, as in Sinai, in the holy place. Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led captivity captive: thou hast received gifts for men; yea, for the rebellious also, that HaShem God might dwell among them. Blessed be HaShem, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah. He that is our God is the God of salvation; and unto God HaShem belong the issues from death. But God shall wound the head of his enemies, and the hairy scalp of such an one as goeth on still in his trespasses. HaShem said, I will bring again from Bashan, I will bring my people again from the depths of the sea: That thy foot may be dipped in the blood of thine enemies, and the tongue of thy dogs in the same. They have seen thy goings, O God; even the goings of my God, my King, in the sanctuary. The singers went before, the players on instruments followed after; among them were the damsels playing with timbrels. Bless ye God in the congregations, even HaShem , from the fountain of Israel. There is little Benjamin with their ruler, the princes of Judah and their council, the princes of Zebulun, and the princes of Naphtali. Thy God hath commanded thy strength: strengthen, O God, that which thou hast wrought for us. Because of thy temple at Jerusalem shall kings bring presents unto thee. Rebuke the company of spearmen, the multitude of the bulls, with the calves of the people, till every one submit himself with pieces of silver: scatter thou the people that delight in war. Princes shall come out of Egypt; Ethiopia shall soon stretch out her hands unto God. Sing unto God, ye kingdoms of the earth; O sing praises unto HaShem; Selah: To him that rideth upon the heavens of heavens, which were of old; lo, he doth send out his voice, and that a mighty voice. Ascribe ye strength unto God: his excellency is over Israel, and his strength is in the clouds. O God, thou art terrible out of thy holy places: the God of Israel is he that giveth strength and power unto his people. Blessed be God.
“Let none who claim to be depositaries of God’s Law flatter themselves that the regard they may outwardly show toward the commandments will preserve them from the exercise of divine justice. Let none refuse to be reproved for evil; nor charge the servants of God with being too zealous in endeavoring to cleanse the camp from evil-doing. A sin-hating God calls upon those who claim His Law to depart from all iniquity.” ~Ellen G. White
