“The past is gone
It went by, like dusk to dawn
Isn’t that the way
Everybody’s got the dues in life to pay
I know nobody knows
Where it comes and where it goes
I know it’s everybody sin
You got to lose to know how to win”
When employment may be the problem..
2Ch 28:25 And in every several city of Judah he made high places to burn incense unto other gods, and provoked to anger the L-RD God of his fathers.
There is a deep-seated, abiding hatred for America in America that I can barely tolerate anymore…It’s this militant arrogance clothed in red, white and blue; claiming love of country, blaming everything in its path for its failure. The most anti-American people are Americans fed up with their (un)chosen lot in life. It’s pride/despair in employment and employing that does not build up but tears down and blames rather than takes responsibility for its own action/inaction. Instead of repentance it covers its trail and bullies forth in any direction it may, trampling the divine rights and squandering the covenanted promises of future generations, while it puts its trust in a lie, is deceived and goes about deceiving. There is no end of treachery within and no end in sight for wars without. It makes for that which has no mercy to abound within her and devour all. In short, its lawlessness, claiming every right to inflict judgment upon anyone that dare question its authority, for which it has no right to claim. There is no unity, not even among the poor and downtrodden; who must react like-mindedly in order to defend themselves within the belly of the beast.
Eze 7:10-11 Behold the day, behold, it is come: the morning is gone forth; the rod hath blossomed, pride hath budded.
Violence is risen up into a rod of wickedness: none of them [shall remain], nor of their multitude, nor of any of theirs: neither [shall there be] wailing for them.
Because we have no king or leader to trust in, we must trust in God and revelation.
Mosiah 29:10-12 And now let us be wise and look forward to those things; and do that which will make for the peace of this people. Therefore, [Torah will be our] King the remainder of our days and we will appoint [new] judges who will judge according to the Law and we will newly arrange the affairs of this people; for we will appoint wise men to be judges, that will judge this people according to the commandments of God. Now it is better that a man be judged of God than of man, for the judgments of God are always just, but the judgments of man are not always just.
Inasmuch as it may completely cancel out the administrations both old and new and their employment, control or witness is negated, I am all for it. We’re not destroying government we’re giving her new life and legitimate direction by ushering in divine order; bringing in the new and putting the old out to pasture or so to speak; that the new may regard the old with some degree of respect rather than complete contempt. Next on the chopping block should be each State’s Housing Authorities, most of its Social Services, Mental Health Dept, etc., and all such branches that died almost as soon as they were grafted in back in the seventies/sixties and are only kept alive by bitter roots who destroy the hopes of a new generation and frustrate their chances/opportunities at life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, instead sucking their very lifeblood from their bodies through their eyeballs as they try to figure out what in all of goodness sake’s name all the forms and paper work/shuffling/pushing/shredding ‘We The People’ do is all about. As long as they can find an honest soul left in the world to be a State’s administrator rather than governor, mayor or some other pretended head and each county, city and town within the state appoint a single person to be the same, directing the will of the government according to the needs of ‘We the People’ and not necessarily gratifying our wants and desires it could conceivably work. But I have my doubts as to whether or not an honest man remains on the face of the earth, much less in America. Real sacrifice must be made. Not the kind that make for disposable heroes, but for dignified and ennobled countrymen.
“There are people who are very, very powerful that are able to make sure their interests are protected – whether it’s the people who run the Federal Reserve and bail out banks and bail out European banks and international situations, Right now, they have their two guys there. [Obama and Romney] represent a one party system…I’ve been in this business a long time, and believe me, there is essentially no difference one administration to another, no matter what the platform.” Ron Paul
What the problem is?!
What America has become due to the iniquity of its leaders will not be cured by electing another who is driven by the same thirst for power, iniquity, vengeance and the empty promise of restoring a glory or noble past America never really ever possessed in the history of the world. Never judge America by Her appearance or Her supposed/pretended success and victories if you haven’t yet been dragged through the mire of Her failures, losses, and crimes of despair. What America possesses to Her merit is not displayed in Her leaders grand display of pomp and flag waiving dementia moments. Her glory and nobility is really to be had, found or revealed in her slums, ghettos, working class survivalists, Her poor, Her wretched, etc., whom She boasted of being a light unto for to gather and nurse them as a Queen of Liberty among the nations.
Incarceration Inc. was not, we hope, the end She had planned to justify the means. And Scripture reveal that it was not:
Isaiah 23:9, 16, 18
The L-RD of hosts hath purposed it, to stain the pride of all glory, and to bring into contempt all the honourable of the earth.
Take an harp, go about the city, thou harlot that hast been forgotten; make sweet melody, sing many songs, that thou mayest be remembered.
And her merchandise and her hire shall be holiness to the L-RD: it shall not be treasured nor laid up; for her merchandise shall be for them that dwell before the L-RD, to eat sufficiently, and for durable clothing.
Unjust weights and measures led to a complete fabrication of economic standardization. The numbers are fantastic, the equations unreal, the evidence fabricated, ‘the treaty broken and its witnesses despised,’ and the society that struggles within the confines of this absurdity cannot be free. One must commit a crime in order to become a citizen and false testimony is the sole commodity and commonality people share. But to her who imagines stolen bread to be sweet, how sweet it is!
A nation for a short time rich in diversity, character and charm has become profoundly ugly, deeply corrupted; entrenched in falsehood and dependent upon delusion, misinformation and misdirection to justify sinking deeper in a mire she is comfortable living in precisely because it is an advantageous position from which to drag others down to her level of ignominy and insensibility; preferring injustice and inhumanity to restoration and rebirth.
Had I not feigned to be an raging lunatic myself, dependent upon her mercies few, I would not have outfoxed a fox who stole away better days for the entire nation thinking to profit fellow foxes and the unclean, lawless associations upon which they build their tower of Babel (Gadianton). I used Solomon’s course as an inspiration in beating the course chosen by my fellow man. I had to find out what the hell was going on, no matter what the cost personal may have been, which I did not even realize I was doing at the time. When one is off on a flight of fancy we are upset with the One who brings us back to ourselves wherever we may be, but to realize the same as a priceless gift no matter how insane our situation may be is to truly capture the moment and live in it without blinders, binders or hide, seek and finders…To be aware and truly present in any given moment and circumstance is the reward within thou and I.
Ecclesiastes 7:24-29 That which is far off, and exceeding deep, who can find it out? I applied mine heart to know, and to search, and to seek out wisdom, and the reason of things, and to know the wickedness of folly, even of foolishness and madness: And I find more bitter than death the woman, whose heart is snares and nets, and her hands as bands: whoso pleaseth God shall escape from her; but the sinner shall be taken by her. Behold, this have I found, saith the preacher, counting one by one, to find out the account: Which yet my soul seeketh, but I find not: one man among a thousand have I found; but a woman among all those have I not found. Lo, this only have I found, that God hath made man upright; but they have sought out many inventions.
I knew I was in nowise better than my brethren and as unworthy as any man but I knew also there are men who believe themselves to be better, wiser and more cunning than all the world; who, unless stung, would never realize the vanity of their cause and the severe price and cost of their treachery. But I boast not. It is God who kept me above and alive and did not let me be destroyed. But that is an America’s way. She waits for dunces, my self the Chiefest amongst them, to stray into her lawful snares and panic; offers or comes running to the rescue and further afflicts by her way and course of intervention hoping against hope that her victims will succumb during treatment and be swept away with many another hopeless lost cause who deserved no better.
Things felt prove truer than things fancied.
Until you know, you really can’t say.
I have friends in low places who ought to be held in higher esteem but who shun all recognition. The very keys to nobility and chivalry are in their possession like the Urim and Thummim were kept by Levi. Though they be as reprobate, as Paul asserts they are not thus minded but manage through Torah wisdom to make righteous judgment from above and beneath, and God’s will be done is all that matters.
A generation of Americans have been literally shredded and another quick on its heals hacked to oblivion quite literally by the will of ‘We The People’.
Even all institutions charitable and humane in original concept and foundation have so corrupted themselves through fraud and discrimination that has no racist or disability derailing basis nor affluent interest compromised to survive as all of life is in a cage and its iron bars made of paper form and documentation seeking for right or privilege during long winter’s season of idolatry that has withered the garden of the L-RD rather than renew its strength and vigor through rightly investing in its growth and liberally sharing in its wealth.
Indeed it makes the reasoning of the founding fathers seem beyond perverse in developing a society with ‘elaborate governmental organization and bureaucracy’ in order to maintain a prison infrastructure, to prosper only by means of evil trappings and widespread incarceration. Paving roads to each king’s little stronghold (which ought to be a city of refuge), arresting souls who refuse to labor for vanity’s vehiclization for such crimes as jay-walking across their highways to hell. Such could only be made possible under a horseleeches’ watch, not a noble dignitary or countryman.
Devices of the devil we are not to be ignorant of. Punishments of Torah law we are not to be overly zealous to inflict so much as we are commanded to forgive their infraction in the repentant believer.
A highly developed society cannot claim to be highly developed when its intentions arise from beneath and descend not from above as light upon our path.
We are many generations of peoples/tribes born in captivity who deny the circumstances of our reality for fear of persecution or excommunication. Such ought not to be the case.
Rules, Law, Duty, Practice
“…rules governing relations between persons and rules delineating one’s obligations to God and how they are to be fulfilled are equally sacred.
“Jewish law in general is primarily duty oriented rather than rights oriented.
“[In] biblical codes…land was the primary source of economic productivity. Its sale was severely limited. In sabbatical year, debts were cancelled, and in the Jubilee (every 50 years), agricultural property that had been sold reverted to the seller or his or her heirs. These practices were designed to prevent the accumulation of wealth in the hands of the few to the detriment of the many. They also ensured the integrity of the original tribal division of the Land…the Torah prevented the sale of land in perpetuity, providing the religious rationale, ‘for the land is Mine; you are but strangers resident with Me’ (Lev. 25:23).
“…criminal penalties were limited. An offender could be flogged…The only other criminal punishment was execution, which was the punishment for murder, adultery, bestiality, and a number of other capital offenses. Incarceration, however, was not mandated as a punishment for any crime. Indeed to maintain a prison system requires a highly developed society with elaborate governmental organization and bureaucracy…Any incarceration was only for the limited period required for trial and judgment.”
Etz Hayim Commentary
Doing things in a new world required the enactment of a new treaty mindful of the everlasting justified by the gospel.
Probably the worst and best decision in Torah was to grant inheritance rights to a woman, but as the gospel would further testify, the L-RD judges with equity and compassion unlike any conceived of in man. Employing women in government and positions of judgment and authority however is or goes far beyond worst and best decisions, into the absurd and suicidal. Not that they should not have equal right to employment and service, but that they should never be leaders or teachers.
An unpopular and old fashioned regard you may consider it to be, it is nevertheless true. Otherwise minded permits witch craft to be enthroned and dictate law and disorder for, of and without We the People’s consent or knowledge. It is devious and deceptive by nature.
“The establishment of a just society is God’s will, the law mandated by God was designed to accomplish that end…”
Etz Hayim Commentary
Better a bunch of Jonah’s than a brood of Judases; neither had right nor cause to be angry with God’s decisions/judgments, but God considered each worthy to do his part in fulfilling His divine plan for mankind. ‘We the People’ Need to get back on track and fulfill our destiny rather than gratify our otherwise. As Jerry sang “a friend of the devil is a friend of mine…” If you rightly fear the devil and make his hatred for you and God your reason for action or inaction, he may be the best friend, life coach you have. But if taken by him so as to serve him, you’ll have no one to blame but yourself for your downfall, becoming a bitter root.
Luk 6:31-35 And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise. For if ye love them which love you, what thank have ye? for sinners also love those that love them. And if ye do good to them which do good to you, what thank have ye? for sinners also do even the same. And if ye lend to them of whom ye hope to receive, what thank have ye? for sinners also lend to sinners, to receive as much again. But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.
“In Plato’s Republic, substantive justice amounted to social harmony, which could be achieved only when everyone did what his or her station in society [required].
Etz Hayim Commentary
Pious hope should not lead to concrete reality. At one time it lead to a beautiful Temple built of unhewn stones. But the Living Testimony of the Church built without hands was enjoyed by men and women during the pilgrimages to the Temple through a wilderness or rural pasturage of reality that sustained the Temple’s existence because of ‘we the people’s’ pious hope and moral duty fulfilled.
Lifnim mishurat ha-din.
“The second Temple was destroyed because people did not acknowledge or fulfill…moral duties (BT BM 30b).
Etz Hayim Commentary
As we learn by American Experience, ‘justice sometimes demands more than law does…justice is a divine imperative. God’s justice may be inscrutable, but for the Bible it is undeniable, a core characteristic of the divine…Justice is necessary for holiness…the practice of justice is an extension of joy…love God…justice could not be left as a general value to which one mouths allegiance….We are to be just because God requires it of us and because it is one important way in which we can imitate God’s ways. These ongoing legal, moral and theological parameters of the biblical…concept of justice make it an ongoing, living component of a life lived in loving covenant with God.’EHC
Once again, ‘justice… could not be left to a general value to which mouths allegiance but must be translated into [living] terms,’ EHC Lively Stones; Expressions of the Loving Covenant.
God’s rejection inspires hope or the drive to recapture, by means of a renewed mind and heart, those who are so easily led astray by the evil inclination who have forgotten the joy of overcoming through divine gift and strength not their own.
Rejection of God (on the other hand) brings instant punishment.
“[T]he Creator [is] both transcendent judge and forgiving, compassionate father. Divine love is counterpart to divine wrath.
“Prophets view people as pitiable creatures incapable of moral reformation…This will compel God in the future to replace human choice with robot-like behavior; the human heart will be replaced with a model guaranteed to seek only goodness and righteousness. At one point in history the notions of reward and punishment will cease to hold any revelance for mortals.!”
Etz Hayim Commentary
This alone may be why love suffers all things etc. To preserve even one souls right to enjoy Liberty.
“God’s compassion, based on an implicit desire for reconciliation, exceeds by far his short-term, legitimate outbursts of exasperation.
“[(Ezek. 18:20)] This prophetic rejection may have been inspired by a pressing need to counter the pervasive hopelessness in the period after the national catastrophe…If ancestral guilt was indeed the cause of current suffering, to what avail is the moral struggle?
“It is not in our grasp to explain the tranquility of the wicked or even the suffering of the righteous (M Avot 4:15).
“The historical books of the Bible are replete with the conviction that the outbreak of communal idolatry was direct cause of punishment and suffering…’There is no death without sin, and no suffering without transgression’ (BT Shab. 55a) A pious rabbi who survived the bite of a poisonous lizard observed, ‘It is not the lizard that kills, it is sin that kills’ (BT Ber. 33a).
“Suffering is not strictly a punishment but rather a catalytic agent brought into service by a caring God to purge and purify individual waywardness, at the root of which often lay arrogance and pride…Distress is the gateway to understanding.
Israel will come to a knowledge of God’s existence by passing through the crucible of calamity…God inflicts pain as a test, but only for the righteous who are able to endure the suffering.
“One should rejoice more in chastisement than in prosperity, for if one is prosperous all his life, no sin of his will be forgiven. What brings forgiveness of sin? Suffering (Sifrei Duet. 32).
“’It was for nothing that I kept my heart pure and washed my hands in innocence, seeing that I have been constantly afflicted’ (Ps. 73:13-14).
“…Abraham was so traumatized by binding his son Isaac that he warned God he could bear no further trials by ordeal (Gen. R. 57:4).
“When the sage Johanan fell ill, his colleague Hanina urged him to place his trust in God. When Hanina was wracked with pain, however, he uttered ‘Iwant neither the sufferings nor any reward associated with them!’ (Song R. II 16:2).
Etz Hayim Commentary
God’s primary attributes are Justice and Mercy. He wants what is best for all – both wicked and good, that all may come to be righteous; not in and of themselves, but through divine grace brought about by the realization of repentance, atonement, prayer and supplication which may, through repetition and genuine practice, bring about a change of heart and mind that heal the entire Body and change the course of history instantaneously.
Strict justice corrects only the wise of heart. Those lacking in this capacity must needs be corrected by some other means.
Bruised pride, being brought to know strength by something lacking in one’s self, whether ability, nobility, capacity or tenacity, they or we learn by Unity of appreciation, but unlike the former allegiance mouthed to a general value or conceptualization, its brought about by the consent of many who have enjoyed/experienced divine instruction or miraculous revelation.
The Kingdom being within, it is no wonder many become drug addicts, drunks, etc. whose only real impetus for erring was a thirst for more of experiencing that Kingdom, which eventually pits them at odds with a nation seeking to establish its own law and statute opposed to divine will, who may be in the right, especially in their own estimation, evaluation and imagination, but can for the very taxing of such an undertaking no longer appreciate the freedom they sought to make a concrete reality.
‘[Shabbat keeping} (for example) is a foretaste of the world to come;…the ultimate state of affairs is already here mysteriously.
Sha’ar Yahsuv “a remnant shall return” (Amos 7:3).
“God will gather all the natiopns of the earth to a new Jerusalem for the final judgment.”
More to come…
