Judge Better Things

Luk 6:37-38 Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:  Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal, it shall be measured to you again.

Much ado about something you oughta know by now…

A kingdom is dependent upon its commoners.

America’s enemy should never be a common fear or persuasion/inspiration of malice, hatred or intolerance. Our mutual enemy since the world began or creation came to be has been the same in every generation – an evil inclination – a selfish will combined with a militant ignorance has been our worst foe since America founded these United States at Liberty for One as for all.

D&C 38:27-31 Behold, this I have given unto you as a parable, and it is even as I am. I say unto you, be one; and if ye are not one ye are not mine.
And again, I say unto you that the enemy in the secret chambers seeketh your lives.
Ye hear of wars in far countries, and you say that there will soon be great wars in far countries, but ye know not the hearts of men in your own land.
I tell you these things because of your prayers; wherefore, treasure up wisdom in your bosoms, lest the wickedness of men reveal these things unto you by their wickedness, in a manner which shall speak in your ears with a voice louder than that which shall shake the earth; but if ye are prepared ye shall not fear.
And that ye might escape the power of the enemy, and be gathered unto me a righteous people, without spot and blameless

I warned once against a transition from little pharaohs to little caesars. I reiterate at this point in time because I fear the same brought into power by “We the People” being ignorant of the way of wickedness within our own nation. I do not distrust my G-d nor am I in fear of any man but of the consequences of uniting to do evil with both hands diligently or even unwillingly

Why tempt fate? We can override prophecy by fulfilling Torah/the Will of God.

1Cr 13:8 Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.

We know ahead of time, the majority will choose otherwise, especially if they are left in the dark by We who have seen the light. But it has never really mattered what the majority wills or chooses, they aren’t in charge until “We the People” let it be so…
This is an unfortunate part of our reality we must deal with on a day to day basis and there is no nation on earth who handles its business quite like America.

The God of Israel, unlike the pagan deities of the surrounding nations, had no pedigree or genealogy.

A Strange Oath.

“Laban [swore] before leaving his nephew Jacob at Gilead (31:35), identifying ‘the God of Abraham and the god of Nahor’ as the same ancestral deity. For them, God was the unseen head of the household, whose members were members of God’s family. This God of the ancestors entered history by concluding a covenant with the elect (Gen. 15, 17) and was invoked in matters of war and its spoils (14:19-24)…[and]…could be subject to moral indictment and negotiation as well (18:23-33).

[AKA} ‘Exalted One of the Mountain’ (Gen. 48:3; Exod. 6:3)

What’s in a Name?

“The Torah claims that Enosh, Adam’s grandson, was the first to call on the L-RD by name (Gen. 4:26), whereas Gen. 9:26 identifies the L-RD as the God of Shem. Among the descendants of Leah, Jochebed (Yo-kheved; G-D is powerful) and possibly Judah (Y’hudah, the etymology is uncertain), indicate a recognition of HaShem among the Israelites before Moses.

“Although some scholars have suggested that [The Divine Name] might derive from a cultic interjection (Yahu, ‘It is He!’), most consider it more probable that the Name is related to the Hebrew word ‘to be’. When God refers to Himself as ‘Ehyeh-Asher-Ehyeh’ (Exod. 3:14), this distinguishes Him from the lifeless idols as well as from the ephemeral and fleeting in the world. It is God who is ever present or causes to be that which is – and therefore will fulfill God’s redemptive vows to the Israelites.
Because the Israelites maintain a concrete, personal relationship with [HaShem], it is hardly surprising that the source of life was conceived among them as a living personality – possessing self-consciousness, will and imagination. All descriptions of God are by analogy. The Hebrew Bible drew its analogies not from the conceptual or from the spheres of impersonal substance or force but rather from the personal and intimate.
This reflected in the titles, attributes, and emotions ascribed to God in the Bible. God is infrequently referred to as Adon, ‘Lord.’ (Its derivative, Adonai, became a substitute epithet for the ineffable…

“God acts as chieftain or judge (shofet) by meting out reward to the good and punishment to the wicked in conformity to the norms of righteousness (tzedekh). God’s wisdom distinguishes good and evil and can endow the knowledge necessary for success. Showing love to the elect; God guarantees the covenant with them in loyalty and security. However, God uses rejection and outbreaks of heat and fury; sometimes mysteriously, to establish His purpose and rule when that rule is violated.

“Scripture’s depictions of God’s emotions are at times so pronounced that they portray God as the Bible’s tragic hero-admitting mistakes, rethinking decisions; and more often than not being disappointed by His creatures (Gen. 6:5-7; 1Sam. 15:11).

“God’s only consort is Israel, betrothed through an act of divine grace.

“Though pagan deities shift in relationship both to the seasons and to the fleeting political fortunes of their adherents city-states, the God of Israel controls history as the dynamic arena for enacting His own purposes. Idols are feeble and inert, but the “living God” [Elohim’hayyim; Deut. 5:23] is vital and bestows life…He alone is the power responsible for the new and unprecedented.

“Ancient beliefs held that people’s names are the emblems of their essential nature and could be separated from them even to be used against them…When caused to dwell in the Temple, the shem indicates that the sanctuary is [the L-RD’s] property.

“Despite the strange, brief passage concerning ‘sons of God’ or ‘divine beings’ (Gen. 6:1-4), [HaShem] alone dominates life. God’s manifestations are that and nothing more; God’s ‘Hosts’ ([HaShem] Tz’va’ot) are not armies of gods, but troops of stars; constellations, or spirits that do battle with the political enemies of Israel and the morally perverse. God is the ultimate source of k’dushah (holiness); a mysterious supernatural force, both beneficial and dangerous, on which life depends and is renewed. God’s unconditional holiness radically distinguishes Him from the creature[s]. It is God who imbues chosen times, objects, and persons with special quality (e.g., Shabbat, the Ark, the priests) and conditionally sanctifies Israel with this fullness of power and life through the Covenant (Lev. 19:2, 20:7-8).

“An attempt to establish the cult of Baal, an agricultural rain god, and to eclipse [HaShem], God of Israel’s nomadic past, was undertaken by Samaria’s murderous Queen Jezebel, a former Phoenician princess…

“…The attacking Assyrian and then Babylonian armies are described as [HaShem’s] instruments to punish Israel for its sins (Isa. 7:17-22, 10:5-11; Lam. 2:17). Jeremiah maintained that [HaShem’s] covenantal providence and worship extended outside the Land of Israel (Jer. 29:4-7)

“Deutero-Isaiah, an anonymous prophet…categorically dismissed the possibility of two or more divine powers, lampooning pagan idols as worthless man-made fetishes…Visions an eschatological future portrayed [HaShem] as the recognized universal king whose reign would even vanquish the power of death.

“Is God all-powerful, all-powerful but self-limiting; or essentially limited in nature.

“The Judaism that emerged from the biblical period-and that continues to engage our hearts and our minds-is a monotheism of the unique, universal God.

“It is striking that the Torah seems more concerned that the people Israel accept the notion that the revelation (Deut. 31:34) took place than that they reach any certainty about the content of that revelation.

“[As it is written] ‘The Presence of the L-RD appeared to all people.’ (Lev. 9:23).”
~Etz Hayim Commentary
Those who “heard” the Torah understood all the Torah (by Faith), others remained limited.

Upward spiral reasoning, raising the bar without conflict, aggression, pride or haughtiness ~ self-improvement in God ~ may be possible in the depths of humiliation, affliction, and misery as it is at the zenith of spiritual attainment, exaltation, and revelation.

As Paul states:

2Cr 12:1-11 It is not expedient for me doubtless to glory. I will come to visions and revelations of the L-RD.
I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such a one caught up to the third heaven.
And I knew such a man, (whether in the body, or out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;)
How that he was caught up into paradise, and heard unspeakable words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter.
Of such a one will I glory: yet of myself I will not glory but in mine infirmities.
For though I would desire to glory, I shall not be a fool; for I will say the truth: but now I forbear, lest any man should think of me above that which he seeth me to be, or that he heareth of me.
And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure. For this thing, I besought the L-RD thrice, that it might depart from me.
And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly, therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.
I am become a fool in glorying; ye have compelled me: for I ought to have been commended of you: for in nothing am I behind the very chiefest apostles, though I be nothing.

Only a ‘fine structure constant’ enables all to rejoice together as one body, in and out of season, and we are eventually to come to or be brought to by His Grace the same Table of Feasting, seasons of rejoicings, and giving of thanks for the privilege of having endured otherwise, whether through our own fault or ignorance; God’s sovereign will that it be so or the scheming and consequent war, spiritual battle with an enemy whose devices we were only able to overcome through grace and patient endurance Our enemy is realized to be not one of a real foe but the lack of a meeting place within the context of our culture and way of life.
That is why the prophets and sages defended whole-hearted truthfulness to the covenant between HaShem and Israel which realizes both the blessings and the curses.
A single agent, i.e., Moses, may make all the difference in times of progress or setback.
Spiritual wickedness- and generations of it at that- within America and the ways and means of kings within and without has been the source of setbacks and curses for the same.

Ten Spies became Ten Tribes, became Ten Kings?

As the ten spies despised the promises good and inheritance divine within the land from without, so they would continue to do within from generation to generation until each man became a king in his own imagination no matter what manner of wickedness it may have taken or cost to prosper and build up his kingdom and secure any blessings while enduring the curse of his rebellion as comfortably as a ‘king’ may.
And so we come to a time when those who have opposed themselves in God shall be opposed by those who have remained faithful though life be a wilderness. It is precisely for such times that the Torah was given. Better a Moses the Humble than a Peter the Great of Gibeon. We cannot serve two masters and there are only two in all the world.
But the Good News is better than expected in those who know there is only One L-RD God of Hosts. Even those that oppose themselves end up serving His unsearchable Will at the last. He is inescapable.

For knowledge puffs up but charity edifies…1 Corinthians 8

Now, ‘if I were a rich man’ as the song goes, I would enter poor cities with much and leave with nothing, If I were a landlord during these times, I would cut against the grain and swim against the stream, renting to worthy applicants for a pittance and to the unworthy for even less, knowing that in the midst thereof would God’s Justice come to pass and His Will though often tried to the breaking point be done unto the salvation, redemption and justification of all souls covenanted; for a covenanted soul is also one called to love the stranger as oneself and to do good to the widow and the fatherless orphan. Charity by no means cancels out competition; it may define and perfect it, in the long run. But only those prepared to run the race so as to capture the prize would be sure of the same. And only those prepared to tell and heed lies prepare and are prepared to make game of the lame. But the L-RD promises differently.

What’s the Big Idea?

Isa 42:16 And I will bring the blind by a way [that] they knew not; I will lead them in paths [that] they have not known: I will make darkness light before them, and crooked things straight. These things will I do unto them, and not forsake them.

If “puffed up,” knowledgeable, competent men who judge themselves by themselves and wanting nations and our own esteem them because of want and inability to do better for ourselves for the fact that we trusted in other seemingly competent and capable men (and women) who promised like ends met for like sacrifice, then the problem was never our inability nor their capability or worthiness but the way in which ‘We The People’ trusted rather than the Way revealed to ‘We The People’ by men of God which may be trusted when we may no longer trust ourselves, our leaders, or a window in time to afford Us an opportunity to act much less bring forth works meet for repentance and atonement, thereby bringing men back into the presence of the L-RD. For if our first fathers strayed by means of an agent which caused envy and dissension to spring up in our midst, how much more our trusting in the father of Faith whose humility and charity caused the Way everlasting to be planted in our midst.

John 8:39 If ye were Abraham’s children, ye would do the works of Abraham.

1Jo 4:4-8 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them.
We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.
Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.
He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

These truths we find likewise to be self-evident because the God of truth stirreth that which is true in mankind and requires them to recognize Him in Us.

Otherwise, ‘We The People,’ deceiving and being deceived must unavoidably perish.

Hbr 6:9-20 But, beloved, we are persuaded better things of you, and things that accompany salvation, though we thus speak. For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labor of love, which ye have shewed toward his Name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister. And we desire that every one of you do shew the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end: That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises. For when God made the promise to Abraham, because he could swear by no greater, he sware by himself, Saying, Surely blessing I will bless thee, and multiplying I will multiply thee. And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise. For men verily swear by the greater: and an oath for confirmation is to them an end of all strife. Wherein God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed it by an oath: That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us: Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth into that within the veil; Whither the forerunner is for us entered, even Jesus/Y’shua, made a high priest forever after the order of Melchisedec.

Cause the ‘veil’ of secrecy to drop as the veil of Moses must assuredly drop when one does as Moses says instead of just hearing or saying as Moses says. This is Freedom of Choice rightly defined, revealing in One as in all covenanted an outward form of obedience revealing an inner change, confirming that doers and not hearers are justified before and all seeing/knowing God.

And so, rather than elect an official flaunting an outward appearance of something we know no man is worthy of, keep your trust in a man who by all appearance seemed unworthy of election, but who, nevertheless stirred ‘We The People’ toward change and in fact brought about more change than ‘We The People’ intended or yet intend by electing one who promises zero change but boasts of the capacity to endow a sense of worth by creating jobs or more ‘work’ for a people with zero ethic and less intention of laboring for the USA simply because She is the USA than would foreigners, and more because it will puff us up as our leader in a false pride and sense of worthiness that we’ve never and will never be worth again, so much as when Her gold were undimmed.

2Nephi 26: 31 But the laborer in Zion [USA] shall labor for Zion[USA]; for if they labor for money they shall perish.

Drop as dew and not as da bomb; be cast and curious, not fast and furious. Pace-setters must never run at break neck speeds.

Mosiah 4:27 And see that all these things are done in wisdom and order; for it is not requisite that a man should run faster than he has strength. And again, it is expedient that he should be diligent, that thereby he might win the prize; therefore, all things must be done in order.

Mar 10:25 It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

The reason to keep Mr. Obama in office is not necessarily because he is the right man for the job, but on the contrary, that he may be the wrong man for the job, because as Mr Eastwood said to the Chair, “‘We The People’ own you.” Therefore, it is ‘We The People’ we have to blame and it is ‘We The People’ who may make leaders unnecessary and then at long last will America’s Dream be fulfilled.

Jeremiah 28:2-9
Thus speaketh the L-RD of hosts, the God of Israel, saying, I have broken the yoke of the king of Babylon.
Within two full years will I bring again into this place all the vessels of the L-RD’S house, that Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon took away from this place, and carried them to Babylon:
And I will bring again to this place Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim king of Judah, with all the captives of Judah, that went into Babylon, saith the L-RD: for I will break the yoke of the king of Babylon.
Then the prophet Jeremiah said unto the prophet Hananiah in the presence of the priests, and in the presence of all the people that stood in the house of the L-RD,
Even the prophet Jeremiah said, Amen: the L-RD do so: the L-RD perform thy words which thou hast prophesied, to bring again the vessels of the L-RD’S house, and all that is carried away captive, from Babylon into this place.
Nevertheless hear thou now this word that I speak in thine ears, and in the ears of all the people;
The prophets that have been before me and before thee of old prophesied both against many countries, and against great kingdoms, of war, and of evil, and of pestilence.
The prophet which prophesieth of peace, when the word of the prophet shall come to pass, then shall the prophet be known, that the L-RD hath truly sent him.

1Cr 2:1-16 And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God.
For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified.
And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling.
And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man’s wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power:
That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.
Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought:
But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:
Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.
But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.
For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.
Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
For who hath known the mind of the L-RD, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

Have a meaningful Day of Atonement, May You Be Sealed for an Eternal Reward and a good and sweet year!

More to come in 5773!

Welcome to 5777 soon come in 7 days! I woke up with this thought in my head.

The Right Thing
It is not whatever works, but whosoever works that works which may decide the outcome. Make certain your every deed is a Win deed indeed to-day and every day!
Free choice continues to mess with our chances, and since some follow do and some follow don’t One needs to know whether it will or it won’t refuse to loose and be among those who choose to either do or don’t there is no try.
Good morning, troops! Suns up, guns up, battle on! Let’s meet after peg and par at the 19th hole bar. LShanah Tovah & L’Chaim!
