Getting Glory Vs. Stealing Glory
Dan 4:26-27 And whereas they commanded to leave the stump of the tree roots; thy kingdom shall be sure unto thee, after that thou shalt have known that the heavens do rule.
Wherefore, O king, let my counsel be acceptable unto thee, and break off thy sins by righteousness, and thine iniquities by shewing mercy to the poor; if it may be a lengthening of thy tranquillity.
What deprives the USA of justice more than any criminal ideation or result thereof; is the delusional society which our own laws and statutes mandate.
We are indeed the most lawless nation in creation, but because a minority are willing to enforce this madness, and the majority prefer the same, we all must be enemies one of another unto limitless futility of purpose and action.
In order to “look” and “seem” normal and lawful, one must deny who they are and hide what they may be and enjoy about themselves and life just to go out and come in among neighbors, and keep what is Lawful and honourable closeted away from the world.
It is how the few protect their right to do that which is unspeakably wrong both in secret and in public and those who would live Lawful lives of reverent worship and accountability kept away in cages of delusion and self-imposed isolation and introverted religious devotions.
At the root of the problem is an aversion to recrimination and the illusion of progress; when, in truth, the maxim is set in unalterable place which states: ”The more things change, the more they stay the same.”
The limits people go to to avoid embarrassment and self incrimination are indeed embarrassing and self condemnatory. The delusive society and burdened reality we are born into admit none but the same as citizenry so long as it is a consuming citizenry.
It is a madness born long ago in a land of a coven’s tree, where Peeping Tom first lost his eyesight, received his first communion and affirmed the greatest lie ever told to be gospel and the greatest Glory ever revealed other than; in a movement of Operatic proportion, when the Gentile turned the world upside-down and proclaimed its side flat, denying all the world the right to ever become whole until it could sell wholeness and wellness in a marketplace on the Sabbath.
I suppose the Point is that it is nice to be needed and the insanity born of the limits a soul may go to to ensure just that, being included rather than excluded.
In the end, what do we find but that turning of things upside down, is but what the Scriptures reveal it to be: Spite.
Isaiah 29:16 Surely your turning of things upside down shall be esteemed as the potter’s clay: for shall the work say of him that made it, He made me not? or shall the thing framed say of him that framed it, He had no understanding?
Indeed, in order for the new creature and creation to be born and flourish in the midst of the old and burdensome, without destroying the latter nor injuring the former, the creation must endure a type of insanity born of its own will to establish something that never were nor ever may be, namely, permanency of mankind’s glory which in reality is that of chaff before the wind.
The Glory which is permanent is writ in stone and upon the hearts of true believers.
The more we stray or strive apart from this eternal truth the more divided we become as a people, and the more divided we become the more unprofitable we are to Him who made us in His image, but the more profitable we may be to our enemy-Rome, Egypt, Babylon, Satan, whatever name best fits it in your case and realm; it is also something which remains the same the more we change, evolve, transform, progress, and would rather we strive to do so, because it is employed only when and because we do so apart from G-d.
1Peter 3:13 Who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good?
The thing which must change is our understanding and regard for one another.
Our enemy seems to have regard for all and a respect for the uniqueness of our separateness, but this is a sham. We’ve never been more of whom we really are than when we were faithful to Him who made us, male and female and strove to be nothing more than full of faith. Our enemy cares only that we be divided and separate from G-d that it may do whatever it may with each of us and thereby find its will to be. Its opportunity is equal to our infidelity, maximized or minimized by our will to be or not to be, which the question remains.
People are afraid to break the law of the land not because they have respect for it, and much less because it is right, but rather, because we may lose privileges and what little inclusion we enjoy as part of something which is really no longer rewarding. It is no longer “worth it” to be included and the outcast and foreign have gained the upper hand and thereby a respectability and honour those in seats of judgment ought to wield or command until at last the absurd has come to pass in more cases than not and the one has replaced the other so that neither exists.
As at the first, so it is with the last, what we find we need to be included or needed is G-d. A reality shared with our Creator is so much greater than one spared by our Creator and stolen from Him by any means and our own devices, schemes and advices.
If we are going to play a game with the L-RD, we must needs implement, at the very least, Joseph’s integrity and fair play rule.
Bereshit 49:22-26
Joseph is a fruitful vine, a fruitful vine by a fountain; its branches run over the wall.
The archers have dealt bitterly with him, and shot at him, and hated him;
But his bow abode firm, and the arms of his hands were made supple, by the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob, from thence, from the Shepherd, the Stone of Israel,
Even by the G-d of thy father, who shall help thee, and by the Almighty, who shall bless thee, with blessings of heaven above, blessings of the deep that coucheth beneath, blessings of the breasts, and of the womb.
The blessings of thy father are mighty beyond the blessings of my progenitors unto the utmost bound of the everlasting hills; they shall be on the head of Joseph, and on the crown of the head of the prince among his brethren.
This is what makes the USA great, free and worthy- that her citizens are or may be humble and walk with G-d. Pride makes her filthy, unworthy and ugly, no matter how much strength is wasted on keeping up appearances.
After all is said and done, she is more the stuff a suffering tart than a mighty man of valour. More creative dream than splendid reality; but therein lays her true beauty and strength, which must come from G-d as she is a broken vessel in need of Him.
Without His disciples believing in her, she is utterly desolate and laid waste with none to neither care nor build her up. With them and Him, there remains more than a chance, but boundless opportunity for all who love her and know Him.
1Cr 4:10 We are fools for Christ’s sake, but ye are wise in Christ; we are weak, but ye are strong; ye are honourable, but we are despised.
Devarim Chapter 13
All this word which I command you, that shall ye observe to do; thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it.
If there arise in the midst of thee a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams–and he give thee a sign or a wonder, and the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spoke unto thee–saying: ‘Let us go after other gods, which thou hast not known, and let us serve them’; thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or unto that dreamer of dreams; for HaShem your G-d putteth you to proof, to know whether ye do love HaShem your G-d with all your heart and with all your soul.
After HaShem your G-d shall ye walk, and Him shall ye fear, and His commandments shall ye keep, and unto His voice shall ye hearken, and Him shall ye serve, and unto Him shall ye cleave.
And that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death; because he hath spoken perversion against HaShem your G-d, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed thee out of the house of bondage, to draw thee aside out of the way which HaShem thy G-d commanded thee to walk in. So shalt thou put away the evil from the midst of thee.
If thy brother, the son of thy mother, or thy son, or thy daughter, or the wife of thy bosom, or thy friend, that is as thine own soul, entice thee secretly, saying: ‘Let us go and serve other gods,’ which thou hast not known, thou, nor thy fathers; of the gods of the peoples that are round about you, nigh unto thee, or far off from thee, from the one end of the earth even unto the other end of the earth; thou shalt not consent unto him, nor hearken unto him; neither shall thine eye pity him, neither shalt thou spare, neither shalt thou conceal him; but thou shalt surely kill him; thy hand shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterwards the hand of all the people.
And thou shalt stone him with stones, that he die; because he hath sought to draw thee away from HaShem thy G-d, who brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
And all Israel shall hear, and fear, and shall do no more any such wickedness as this is in the midst of thee.
If thou shalt hear tell concerning one of thy cities, which HaShem thy G-d giveth thee to dwell there, saying:
‘Certain base fellows are gone out from the midst of thee, and have drawn away the inhabitants of their city, saying: Let us go and serve other gods, which ye have not known’; then shalt thou inquire, and make search, and ask diligently; and, behold, if it be truth, and the thing certain, that such abomination is wrought in the midst of thee; thou shalt surely smite the inhabitants of that city with the edge of the sword, destroying it utterly, and all that is therein and the cattle thereof, with the edge of the sword.
And thou shalt gather all the spoil of it into the midst of the broad place thereof, and shall burn with fire the city, and all the spoil thereof every whit, unto HaShem thy G-d; and it shall be a heap for ever; it shall not be built again.
And there shall cleave nought of the devoted thing to thy hand, that HaShem may turn from the fierceness of His anger, and show thee mercy, and have compassion upon thee, and multiply thee, as He hath sworn unto thy fathers; when thou shalt hearken to the voice of HaShem thy G-d, to keep all His commandments which I command thee this day, to do that which is right in the eyes of HaShem thy G-d.
Was halfway to Mecca, when my Chevy broke down;
Leaving me and my woman in this lame ass town
Halfway to Mecca, in mind not a thought;
Of leaving nobody, I haven’t forgot
Halfway to Mecca, no gas in my tank
Halfway to Mecca, none but me to thank
That’s when I swore I would make it, by hook or by crook.
And my only friend, right then and there, I forsook
Halfway to Mecca, I’m on Mecca time
Halfway to Mecca, aint it a crime?
For better or worse, wasn’t even in mind
Halfway to Mecca, nobody’s kind
So if you’re heading for Mecca
I’m neither here nor there
But I swear one can make it, though the way isn’t clear
Halfway to Mecca, you’re already there
Halfway to Mecca, you’ve nothing to fear
Here’s your hat, what’s your worry?
Halfway to Mecca you can’t wear no crown
Here’s your hat, what’s your hurry?
Halfway to Mecca, you can’t share no crown
Halfway to Mecca, I’m not heaven sent.
Halfway to Mecca, I’m not heaven meant
Halfway to Mecca, my car didn’t crash
Just halfway to Mecca, I just ran out of cash
This story isn’t over
Though I’m stuck on the road here
There’s glory in clover
Met a bull by the road there
Jack or John weren’t his name
Had enough space to roam
Wasn’t seeking for riches, nor fortune, nor fame
To show me the Way home
The only reason he came…
Didn’t care if I were dead broke, nor hurting nor lame…
And halfway to Mecca, he overcame
Halfway to Mecca, and nothing’s the same
Halfway to Mecca, No burden’s my name…
Halfway to Mecca, no way I’ll decline
Halfway to Mecca, this fortune divine
Halfway to Mecca, I just changed my mind
Now I’m halfway from Mecca, I just turned around…
Halfway from Mecca, I’m not lost but found
Halfway from Mecca, one woman no divorce…
Halfway from Mecca, we’ll share a horse
And carriage cause she’s with me
Got baggage of course
Halfway from Mecca
Hey, things could be worse
Now I’m halfway from Mecca, my tanks all but full
Halfway from Mecca, all thanks to a bull
