As the younger generation begins to come to tragic terms with the fact that they are become mostly dead in their sins as their forefathers were and remained before them, the struggle to survive and live a life worthy must needs have direction and an object of devotion, that is no longer available in our homes and families, at least not the family assigned to us through our birth mothers.
"The bond that links your true family is not one of blood, but of respect and joy in each other’s life. Rarely do members of one family grow up under the same roof." ~Richard David Bach
The Jesus idol of Pauline Christianity gave people an excuse to do other than the L-RD’s Will for all our sakes and left us with none but "Christ’s sakes."
Your only obligation in any lifetime is to be true to yourself (and G-d alone). Being true to anyone else or anything else is not only impossible, but the mark of a fake messiah. ~Richard David Bach
When, if we had not used Christ as a vehicle of self-promotion and will to power, but had actually followed Jesus’ example and done as G-d commands, following through in very deed, we would have saved ourselves the ability to act for all our sakes under the L-RD’s direction and not come under such an widespread yoke of corruption’s rewards and the burden of sin’s harvest of despondency and disregard for all but that which is left us, precisely the same; even he who we may no longer obey as we may at one time had the privilege of doing.
2 Nephi 26:28 Hath the Lord commanded any that they should not partake of his goodness? I say unto you, Nay; but all men are privileged the one like unto the other, and none are forbidden.
Luke 6:46 And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?
Rom 6:16-17 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?
But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you
Rom 10:16 But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?
Now through our own disobedience, we have made the same a burden and a trouble we would rather not be troubled with.
Sin’s affects makes men dumb to the Spirit of G-d.
Mat 24:12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
Most are out of season. And none are willing to even do that which is their sole right as the dead among the living left to do.
2Ti 4:2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
Because an America offers them options other than serving the living unto redemption.
2Ti 3:13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.
Not only have we forsaken the Way Easy, we’ve completely rebelled, as one body, forsaking the duty of the underprivileged, or debtor, and go a step further in our abominable, apostatical pride, demanding of G-d and those with Spirit alive in them to pay the dead for the right to exist.
Penalizing the righteous for being so, rather than rewarding them as is due, right and honourable.
Things we, as a nation, once appreciated and enjoyed are no longer enough to satisfy a lot of angry, deluded, obstinate children, who believe themselves to be men.
He who has a job and works hard being more disobedient and wayward than he who works not, depending instead on his Faith in G-d and accepting what he may from the government and society that may yet be charitable enough to afford him.
Not that such an one is a lazy bum or forgoes personal responsibilities, just that there are few remaining options for a godly individual in the world, that are not harmful to the whole in being willing to perform, nothing that would not require him to break Law and Covenant.
D&C 104: 52 The covenants being broken through transgression, by covetousness and feigned words—
We’re being systematically shunned or canceled out all together, being made useless, by our very desire to be of use to a nation useless and disobedient to its G-d.
And while the solution may be a simple one, it seems the most impossible feat we may ever achieve as a nation, society or especially on a personal, individual basis, as each member strives to be part of the same in his or her own way, rather than contribute to G-d’s Way.
2Ch 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
And this may be especially true about those who believe themselves to be working for G-d, when in actuality they are using G-d as a stepping stone and means of getting ahead in a world that has nothing to do with serving G-d nor loving Him and our neighbor as ourselves.
Those in power will oblige whomever is willing and take what they may from anyone who is willing, but in the end, they’ll abandon the same the moment they are no more viable, or worth the trouble.
Mar 9:50 Salt [is] good: but if the salt have lost his saltness, wherewith will ye season it? Have salt in yourselves, and have peace one with another.
An America is more concerned with protecting the witch crafts and sins unspeakable that led to our nation’s downfall than with serving the Creator of the world. More concerned with putting food in the dishes of dogs and slop in the troughs of pigs than she is with feeding the children and lambs of G-d, our Father.
And that is part of the conspiracy the L-RD spoke about in…
Isa 8:11-20 ¶ For the LORD spake thus to me with a strong hand, and instructed me that I should not walk in the way of this people, saying,
Say ye not, A confederacy, to all [them to] whom this people shall say, A confederacy; neither fear ye their fear, nor be afraid.
Sanctify the LORD of hosts himself; and [let] him [be] your fear, and [let] him [be] your dread.
And he shall be for a sanctuary; but for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offence to both the houses of Israel, for a gin and for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
And many among them shall stumble, and fall, and be broken, and be snared, and be taken.
Bind up the testimony, seal the law among my disciples.
And I will wait upon the LORD, that hideth his face from the house of Jacob, and I will look for him.
Behold, I and the children whom the LORD hath given me [are] for signs and for wonders in Israel from the LORD of hosts, which dwelleth in mount Zion.
And when they shall say unto you, Seek unto them that have familiar spirits, and unto wizards that peep, and that mutter: should not a people seek unto their God? for the living to the dead?
To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, [it is] because [there is] no light in them.
Jer 11:8-10 Yet they obeyed not, nor inclined their ear, but walked every one in the imagination of their evil heart: therefore I will bring upon them all the words of this covenant, which I commanded [them] to do; but they did [them] not.
And the LORD said unto me, A conspiracy is found among the men of Judah, and among the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
They are turned back to the iniquities of their forefathers, which refused to hear my words; and they went after other gods to serve them:the house of Israel and the house of Judah have broken my covenant which I made with their fathers.
Heleman 12:4-6; 13:8-1, 24-29, 37-39; 14:17-18; 15:4; 16:15-23
O how foolish, and how vain, and how evil, and devilish, and how quick to do iniquity, and how slow to do good, are the children of men; yea, how quick to hearken unto the words of the evil one, and to set their hearts upon the vain things of the world!
Yea, how quick to be lifted up in pride; yea, how quick to boast, and do all manner of that which is iniquity; and how slow are they to remember the Lord their God, and to give ear unto his counsels, yea, how slow to walk in wisdom’s paths!
Behold, they do not desire that the Lord their God, who hath created them, should rule and reign over them; notwithstanding his great goodness and his mercy towards them, they do set at naught his counsels, and they will not that he should be their guide.
Therefore, thus saith the Lord: Because of the hardness of the hearts of the people of the Nephites, except they repent I will take away my word from them, and I will withdraw my Spirit from them, and I will suffer them no longer, and I will turn the hearts of their brethren against them.
And four hundred years shall not pass away before I will cause that they shall be smitten; yea, I will visit them with the sword and with famine and with pestilence.
Yea, I will visit them in my fierce anger, and there shall be those of the fourth generation who shall live, of your enemies, to behold your utter destruction; and this shall surely come except ye repent, saith the Lord; and those of the fourth generation shall visit your destruction.
But if ye will repent and return unto the Lord your God I will turn away mine anger, saith the Lord; yea, thus saith the Lord, blessed are they who will repent and turn unto me, but wo unto him that repenteth not.
Yea, wo unto this people, because of this time which has arrived, that ye do cast out the prophets, and do mock them, and cast stones at them, and do slay them, and do all manner of iniquity unto them, even as they did of old time.
And now when ye talk, ye say: If our days had been in the days of our fathers of old, we would not have slain the prophets; we would not have stoned them, and cast them out.
Behold ye are worse than they; for as the Lord liveth, if a prophet come among you and declareth unto you the word of the Lord, which testifieth of your sins and iniquities, ye are angry with him, and cast him out and seek all manner of ways to destroy him; yea, you will say that he is a false prophet, and that he is a sinner, and of the devil, because he testifieth that your deeds are evil.
But, if a man shall come among you and shall say: Do this, and there is no iniquity; do that and ye shall not suffer; yea, he will say: Walk after the pride of your own hearts; yea, walk after the pride of your eyes, and do whatsoever your heart desireth — and if a man shall come among you and say this, ye will receive him, and say that he is a prophet.
Yea, ye will lift him up, and ye will give unto him of your substance; ye will give unto him of your gold, and of your silver, and ye will clothe him with costly apparel; and because he speaketh flattering words unto you, and he saith that all is well, then ye will not find fault with him.
O ye wicked and ye perverse generation; ye hardened and ye stiffnecked people, how long will ye suppose that the Lord will suffer you? Yea, how long will ye suffer yourselves to be led by foolish and blind guides? Yea, how long will ye choose darkness rather than light?
Behold, we are surrounded by demons, yea, we are encircled about by the angels of him who hath sought to destroy our souls. Behold, our iniquities are great. O Lord, canst thou not turn away thine anger from us? And this shall be your language in those days.
But, your days of probation shall be past; that ye shall have procrastinated the day of your salvation until it is everlastingly too late, and your destruction is made sure; yea, for ye have sought all the days of your lives for that which ye could not obtain; and ye have sought for happiness in doing iniquity, which thing is contrary to the nature of that righteousness which is in our great and Eternal Head.
O ye people of the land, that ye would hear my words! And I pray that the anger of the Lord be turned away from you, and that ye would repent and be saved.
The resurrection of Christ redeemeth mankind, yea, even all mankind, and bringeth them back into the presence of the Lord.
Yea, and it bringeth to pass the condition of repentance, that whosoever repenteth the same is not hewn down and cast into the fire; but whosoever repenteth not is hewn down and cast into the fire; and there cometh upon them again a spiritual death, yea, a second death, for they are cut off again as to things pertaining to righteousness.
But my brethren, the Lamanites hath he hated because their deeds have been evil continually, and this because of the iniquity of the tradition of their fathers. But, salvation hath come unto them through the preaching of the Nephites; and for this intent hath the Lord prolonged their days.
Nevertheless, the people began to harden their hearts, all save it were the most believing part of them, both of the Nephites and also of the Lamanites, and began to depend upon their own strength and upon their own wisdom, saying:
Some things they may have guessed right, among so many; but we know that all these great and marvelous works cannot come to pass, of which has been spoken.
And they began to reason and to contend among themselves, saying:
That it is not reasonable that such a being as a Christ shall come; if so, and he be the Son of God, the Father of heaven and of earth, as it has been spoken, why will he not show himself unto us as well as unto them who shall be at Jerusalem?
Yea, why will he not show himself in this land as well as in the land of Jerusalem?
But, we know that this is a wicked tradition, which has been handed down unto us by our fathers, to cause us that we should believe in some great and marvelous thing which should come to pass, but not among us, but in a land which is far distant, a land which we know not; therefore they can keep us in ignorance, for we cannot witness with our own eyes that they are true.
And they will, by the cunning and the mysterious arts of the evil one, work some great mystery which we cannot understand, which will keep us down to be servants to their words, and also servants unto them, for we depend upon them to teach us the word; and thus will they keep us in ignorance if we will yield ourselves unto them, all the days of our lives.
And many more things did the people imagine up in their hearts, which were foolish and vain; and they were much disturbed, for Satan did stir them up to do iniquity continually; yea, he did go about spreading rumors and contentions upon all the face of the land, that he might harden the hearts of the people against that which was good and against that which should come.
And notwithstanding the signs and the wonders which were wrought among the people of the Lord, and the many miracles which they did, Satan did get great hold upon the hearts of the people upon all the face of the land.
D&C 38: 29 Ye hear of wars in far countries, and you say that there will soon be great wars in far countries, but ye know not the hearts of men in your own land.
Now what exactly are "Nephites" and "Lamanites"? Nephites are akin to what, in times of old we called Nazarites, but they are more Pauline in mind than like the L-RD. More like Joseph Smith in doctrine, understanding and manner than Jesus.
Wherefore, the people were desirous to retain in remembrance his name. And whoso should reign in his stead were called by the people, Nephi, third Nephi, and so forth, according to the reigns of the kings; and thus they were called by the people, let them be of whatever name they would.
And it came to pass that Nephi died.
Now the people which were not Lamanites were Nephites; nevertheless, they were called Nephites, Jacobites, Josephites, Zoramites, Lamanites, Lemuelites, and Ishmaelites.
But I, Jacob, shall not hereafter distinguish them by these names, but I shall call them Lamanites that seek to destroy the people of Nephi, and those who are friendly with Nephi I shall call Nephites, or the people of Nephi, according to the reigns of the kings.
Lam 4:7 Her Nazarites were purer than snow, they were whiter than milk, they were more ruddy in body than rubies, their polishing [was] of sapphire:
Amo 2:11-12 And I raised up of your sons for prophets, and of your young men for Nazarites. [Is it] not even thus, O ye children of Israel? saith the LORD.
But ye gave the Nazarites wine to drink; and commanded the prophets, saying, Prophesy not.
And now, I Barzillai, shall go one step further and call them youngin’s and geezers. For the Nephites, Nazarites or Neophytes, are not but young undisciplined believers in G-d, and Lamanites, are old hands in the game of survival according to wickedness in measures just according to the justice of men of the world, or of satan which is no justice at all, but merely a means to an end. For they mean to prosper by manipulating an ignorant god, and turn a prince into a dog, rather than see him indoctrinated in the Way.
These practice priest crafts, love diversity in religion and freedom to disobey. But the same, knowing you will follow, lie in wait to trap you and arrest your development for doing so! If they were free, any disobedience would be excused as ignorant error and you would be set back on a course becoming disciples of an Just and Merciful G-d.
"Boys will be boys." God’s may be gods, if they have opportunity to become so.
Jesus knew the kind of contention that arises when one tries to take personal credit for what is a privilege and blessing one must never do so with in order to enjoy and share.
But to those who seek glory by association, the same may be very important; not necessarily to their own sense of worth or ego fulfillment, but in keeping order, marking loyalties, and segregating groups according to belief systems and value, goals and achievements, etc.
We’re not Zionists per se, but Spiritually accorded unto an Vision singular.
Luke 5:14-16 And he charged him to tell no man: but go, and shew thyself to the priest, and offer for thy cleansing, according as Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them.
But so much the more went there a fame abroad of him: and great multitudes came together to hear, and to be healed by him of their infirmities.
And he withdrew himself into the wilderness, and prayed.
Ecc 5:8-9 ¶ If thou seest the oppression of the poor, and violent perverting of judgment and justice in a province, marvel not at the matter: for [he that is] higher than the highest regardeth; and [there be] higher than they.
Moreover the profit of the earth is for all: the king [himself] is served by the field.
For all the excess and crowded space of the Kingdom, and the supposed riches, women and familiars Solomon may have had, he was a miserable king, who usually wished to be alone…and could barely find room to enjoy the same and loathed his fame which ruined the game.
The number one rule in being a Pauline Christian or Jew is that you do not take your work home with you.
The weaker brethren of Esau, Edom, Sodom, Gomorrah, etc., not only bring the work home, they base their society and culture and way of life on it, glorying in oppression and the subjugation of that which they ought to be concerned with at least protecting, at best nurturing.
They treat gods as ignorant children with a lot to learn instead of that which children are, a tender mercy and additional opportunity for them to learn of G-d. But they may not, because they are brutish beasts themselves without discipline or understanding and their wives are like them that way, and their frail egos depend upon ignorance. Arrogant and sulky, they are more like disobedient children themselves than men fit for fighting, though the same be all they lust to glory in. This is their only source of identity. Without violence, they cease to be, or cease to have a reason for being. Contrary alway, they are the cause of most lost battles and wars, than they may ever be victors of, deserving spoils.
In essence, they are really cowardly, rotten children. They are the sole reason womankind were ever forced to join in war, committing acts abominable against both that which is above and that which may ought to have been beneath.
Thankless, greedy monsters, void of patience and devotion.
"A knave, a rascal, an eater of broken meats; a base, proud, shallow, beggarly three-suited, hundred-pound, filthy, worsted-stocking knave; a lily-livered, action-taking, whoreson, glass-gazing, superservicable, finical rogue; one-trunk-inheriting slave; one that wouldst be a bawd in way of good service, and art nothing but the composition of a knave, beggar, coward, pander, and the son and heir of a mongrel bitch; one whom I will beat into clamorous whining if thou deny’st the least syllable of thy addition."~from King Lear
"I now perceive it were not altogether your brother’s evil disposition made him seek his death; but a provoking merit, set a-work by a reprovable badness in himself."~again King Lear
The best of these may rise to this status:
"I know thee well. A servicable villain
As duteous to the vices of thy mistress
As badness would desire."~once more, King Lear
Thus came all lousy masters of good heritage.
Slavery did not work because of the pride and disobedience of slaves. Not, as it is widely believed, because of the "inhumanity" of so-called masters. Freeing of slaves was no more than an act of cunning on the part of wiser white slave holders, rather than have constant civil war and upheaval.
But people forgot this, and in widespread delusion and corruption became Abomination.
D&C 87:4 And it shall come to pass, after many days, slaves shall rise up against their masters, who shall be marshaled and disciplined for war.
Again, baited and taken captive. She sets ’em up, she knocks ’em down…aint that a bitch?!
All men were created to love and serve one another. The evil and the wicked have made doing so, through abomination and invention, difficult if not impossible. While all along thinking and purporting themselves to be improving and advancing. The end of whose madness is an unlivable concrete jungle which necessitates a concrete jungle boogie in order to escape for those who would not to disobey G-d, their Creator, but who, being trapped in a world antichrist must act in cunning designs upon cunning designs to beat the Enemy of G-d.
Just as there is no such thing as heros, there are such things as Champions and Great Men.
D&C 84: 41, 96-102 But whoso breaketh this covenant after he hath received it, and altogether turneth therefrom, shall not have forgiveness of sins in this world nor in the world to come.
For I, the Almighty, have laid my hands upon the nations, to scourge them for their wickedness. And plagues shall go forth, and they shall not be taken from the earth until I have completed my work, which shall be cut short in righteousness— Until all shall know me, who remain, even from the least unto the greatest, and shall be filled with the knowledge of the Lord, and shall see eye to eye, and shall lift up their voice, and with the voice together sing this new song, saying:
The Lord hath brought again Zion;
The Lord hath redeemed his people, Israel,
According to the election of grace,
Which was brought to pass by the faith
And covenant of their fathers.
The Lord hath redeemed his people;
And Satan is bound and time is no longer.
The Lord hath gathered all things in one.
The Lord hath brought down Zion from above.
The Lord hath brought up Zion from beneath.
The earth hath travailed and brought forth her strength;
And truth is established in her bowels;
And the heavens have smiled upon her;
And she is clothed with the glory of her God;
For he stands in the midst of his people.
Glory, and honor, and power, and might,
Be ascribed to our God; for he is full of mercy,
Justice, grace and truth, and peace,
Forever and ever, Amen.
